Jumore E-commerce held a workshop for over 50 visiting government officials from BRI countries in Hangzhou on 25th September. The officials, from ASEAN, Central Asia, and African and Latin American countries, are participants of a leadership training programme organized by China’s Ministry of Commerce.
Jumore’s management team, led by chairman LU Hongxiang, made a detailed introduction to the company, especially the regional digital platforms which Jumore and its strategic partners are co-building in selected BRI countries. Many of the officials present expressed that Jumore’s global digital trade network and innovative digital solutions are exactly what their countries need for doing business in China either to expand exports or to source from China. They would encourage their trade associations and businesses to use the Jumore platform as the digital gateway to the Chinese market.
Mr. Lu also introduced the BRI Commercial and Culture Center that Jumore is planning to develop. The center intends to promote the cultures, arts and crafts of BRI countries in China and serve as an online and offline platform for trading of goods and services among participating countries.
Further discussion is expected to take place between Jumore and these countries in the near future.
