•Where can I see the template?
Sign into your JumoreGlobal account and go to "My JUMORE" > "My Company" > "Showroom Decoration", you can see the template under "Template Selection" section. Free Trial Members can only use the default template, Diamond Members have 20 template options, Platinum Members have 10 template options, and Gold Members can choose from 3 templates.
•How to decorate my showroom?
Here are some tips for showroom decoration: 1. Please fill up information as much as possible; 2. Choose your pictures with high-quality and in "recommended size"; 3. Update your products and buying requests at a reasonable frequency.
•Do I need to decorate my showroom?
We highly recommend you to decorate your showroom properly, as it will be beneficial for increasing your page views on JumoreGlobal.com.
•What are the advantages of setting up my own showroom?
Corporate showroom is a place to display both your corporate images and product information which could greatly improve your company and product exposure. •How to set up my own showroom?
Please register on JumoreGlobal.com, then sign in to "My JUMORE” > "My Company” to edit your company details and select your showroom template in "Company Profile” and "Showroom Decoration” section respectively.
•Can I change the industry platform to display my corporate showroom after the registration？
Your corporate showroom could be displayed on more than one industry platforms according to your choices when you registered. However, you can still modify the industry platforms after the registration. Sign into your JumoreGlobal account and go to "My JUMORE" > "Account" > "Account Setting" > “Industry” to change your industry platform. Then click “Submit”.
•I have selected more than one industry platforms when I registered, why can’t I search my showroom on those platforms？
The industry platform will only display products in this industry. If you have chosen more than one industry platforms to display your showroom but only have posted products in one industry, your showroom will not appear in the search results of the rest industry platforms. Please post corresponding products of the industry platform which you would like to be searched by other users.
•What language should I use when I fill in the company profile information and post product?
English only. Because it helps you introduce your products to global members.
